FreshStarz is an app by Lemon Lemon Lime Limited, 200 North Service Rd, Suite #428, Oakville, Ontario L6M 2Y1, Canada (“we” or “us”). By signing up or using FreshStarz, you agree to these terms.

FreshStarz helps businesses ask their customers for Google reviews after a job, by text, email or QR card. Each customer sees one page with an optional private star rating and two equal buttons: “Post on Google” and “Private note to owner.” Owners get an alert on 3 stars or less.

We’re still building FreshStarz. Signing up today puts you on our list. Features may change before and after launch.

When AI-drafted replies are available to you, FreshStarz can suggest a reply to a review. Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong, so read and edit each one before you use it. You review and approve every reply and post it on Google yourself. FreshStarz never posts anything for you, and you’re responsible for what you post.

To write a draft, we send the review to our AI provider, Groq, which is based in the United States, after removing the reviewer’s name and any personal contact details. See our privacy policy.

You must follow Google’s review policies and Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL). That means:

• Ask every customer the same way. No review gating: don’t send requests only to customers you expect to be happy.
• No rewards, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews.
• Don’t ask for a particular rating.
• No fake reviews, and no reviews written by you, your staff or anyone paid to write them.
• Only message customers you’re allowed to contact, and stop messaging anyone who asks you to.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

We can’t promise any number of reviews, any rating, or any change in how your business appears on Google. What customers write is up to them, and Google decides what it shows.

Signing up is free. Paid plans and fees are as listed on our Pricing page, in Canadian dollars, plus tax. We won’t charge you anything without your agreement.

You can cancel anytime. You can also ask us to take you off our list or delete your details at any time; see our privacy policy.

We provide FreshStarz “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
